Urgent: Cancellations & Transit Damage Protocols
Order Modifications: We operate on a strict 12-hour cancellation window from the time of purchase. If your order has passed this window, it is locked for transit and you must follow the standard return process upon delivery.
Transit Damage: In the rare event of carrier damage or missing items, you must notify us at connect@samahomes.ca within exactly 24 hours of the carrier delivery timestamp. Claims must include clear photos of the damaged item, the exterior shipping box showing impact, and the courier shipping label.
